Terms and Conditions for KhmernokorPOS

Welcome to KhmernokorPOS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including any services, software, and features we provide. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using KhmernokorPOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use KhmernokorPOS. By using our system, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Access to KhmernokorPOS features may require a paid subscription.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Store Expiration and Data Deletion

• If a store subscription expires and is not renewed, the store and all associated data will be retained for a grace period of 3 months.
• After this period, all data (including personal information, transactions, inventory, and uploaded files) will be permanently deleted.
• This deletion is irreversible. You are responsible for backing up your data before your subscription expires.

6. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KhmernokorPOS software. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the software.
• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

7. Data and Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms;
• Your payment fails or subscription expires;
• We suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with KhmernokorPOS are the property of their respective owners. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Loss of data due to expired subscriptions or user error;
• System downtime or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website or within the app. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts of Phnom Penh, unless otherwise agreed.
